We’re located on the 3rd floor of 55 Forest Ave in Chatham, come in through door C.
Our Story
At Energize CK, we started as two group fitness instructors driven by a shared passion for movement—Pilates is what transformed Lindsey’s life, and Yoga has been Zosia’s guiding practice. From that foundation, it became important to us to offer meaningful, purposeful exercise that supports both body and mind. What began as a small personal studio has grown into a full-service Pilates, Yoga, and Barre studio, where our mission remains the same: to provide intentional, effective movement in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Studio One is our Reformer Studio, dedicated exclusively to Reformer Pilates classes. All sessions are kept small to ensure individual attention and a supportive, community-focused experience.

Studio Two is where you’ll find our Mat-based classes, including Yoga, Barre, Pilates, and our signature Barrelates sessions. This space is perfect for grounding, strengthening, and stretching in a calm and welcoming environment.

Studio Three is our multi-purpose movement and recovery space. This is where you’ll find all of our Pilates apparatus, making it a true Pilates environment. Here, we offer some class favourites Barre Circuit, Athletic Pilates, and Pilates Circuit classes, as well as rehab-based sessions through our Energize & Restore branch. Energize &

Energize & Restore is a specialized branch of Energize CK, providing clinically-informed Pilates and personalized 1:1 sessions with our highly skilled instructors. Studio Three is designed to support functional strength, endurance, and mobility, while also offering a calm, restorative space to recharge and move with intention '
